Bridge Info
Although many people erroneously believe that bridge is a card game
for old people, in fact it is a very challenging and fun
game to play. I am often found on the
okbridge server, playing
under the name VanDamme. The system I usually play is as follows
Standard-American's yellow-card based, with:
- Weak Notrump opening in all seats and vulnerabilities (12-14 HCP)
- SW1NE as a runout over opponents X of the weak 1nt
- 4-way transfers over nt with super accepts
- DONT or Cappelleti over opponents nt
- Lebensohl over nt interference
- Weak-2 and weak-3 openers
- 4th suit forcing
- Splinter bids
- Inverted minors
- Roman Keycard Blackwood
- CRaSh over precision's big club
- Standard defensive signals
I started out playing the ABCL's
yellow-card convention, and have slowly
modified it to the above system (more or less).
